Privacy

We keep as little as we can, and there are no accounts. Here's what happens to your information.

Last updated 6 November 2026.

This site is run by MC Software Solutions LLC, in the United States, which decides how your information is used. You can reach us at mcsoftwaresolutionssupport@gmail.com.

While you hold

To run the game, our server records when each call rang, when you picked up and when you answered, along with your browser's user agent, which tells us the type of browser and device. Each record is deleted 30 days after the run ends.

We look at the timing of your answers to spot runs that seem automated. A run that looks automated still plays, but it doesn't get a place on the boards, and a person reviews the longest holds. It has no other effect on you.

If you allow notifications, your browser gives us a push address, and the message goes through your browser maker's push service, such as Google or Mozilla. Messages are encrypted so the push service can't read them. We delete that address when the run ends.

To limit how many runs one network can start, we keep a scrambled form of your IP address until the run ends, then delete it. It's scrambled with a secret key: nobody without the key can read it, though we could work it out while we hold it. We don't use it for anything else, and it isn't kept in our run records. Cloudflare also counts requests from each address for a minute at a time, to stop any one network flooding the site.

In your browser

We keep a random token and your chosen name in your browser's local storage, which is how the site knows a name is yours. Clearing your browser's data removes them, and we can't restore them. We also keep a few display settings there, a note of when this browser last held, so no ads show in another tab during a hold, and a note if a run looked automated, so that session gets no ads. The current run's ID and the shared result you arrived from, if any, are kept only until you close the tab. None of these are cookies, and none are used to follow you around the web.

The boards, and sharing a result

Every hold of at least a minute goes on the public boards when it ends, showing its time and call count. Unless you add a name, it shows as "Anonymous caller", with nothing else that identifies you. If you add a name, your name, times and call counts are public on the boards and on your profile page. Either way they stay until you or we take them down, which reaches every page within about an hour. Every run carries a scrambled form of your browser's token, so all your runs can be found and deleted together, and the token can't be worked out from it. A shared result creates a public page and image showing your time, your call count, your reason for disconnection and, if you're listed, your name. It stays until it's removed.

Why we use it

Services we use

We're based in the United States, and so are Cloudflare and Google, so information about you is handled there and wherever Cloudflare's network serves you. For people in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, these transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions where the company is certified, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses otherwise.

Advertising

Ads aren't running yet. When they do, Google will show them on our content and leaderboard pages and between runs, never during a hold. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technology to show and measure ads, including to collect information about your visits to this and other sites over time, and may personalise ads where the law allows. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland will be asked for consent first through Google's certified consent tool, and no ad code will load until it has an answer. There, ads are never personalised, and there are no ads between runs. You can manage personalised advertising at Google's ad settings.

Do Not Track

Browsers' Do Not Track signal has no agreed meaning, so the site doesn't change what it does when it sees one. We don't track you across other sites ourselves. Once ads run, Google may, as described above.

Your rights

You can play without choosing a name, and without allowing notifications. You can clear your browser's data whenever you like.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to a copy of the information we hold about you in a common format, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent you've given. We won't treat you differently for asking.

The quickest way to delete everything is the button below. It works from the browser you play in, because your browser's token is the only proof that the records are yours. It removes your name, your times, your shared results and the run records behind them, including runs you never listed.

For anything else, email mcsoftwaresolutionssupport@gmail.com. Tell us the name you list under, since that's how we find your records, and we may ask you to show it's yours, for example by using the button from your browser. We'll reply within a month. If you're in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your data protection authority, which in the UK is the Information Commissioner's Office.

Children

This site isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

When this page changes, we'll update the date at the top. If we start using information in a way this page doesn't describe, we'll ask first where the law requires it.
